Show Rules for Lakes Region Horse Fest hosted by Little Falls Radio Corporation and HorseSense:

-Exhibit locations are based on a first come, first served reservation policy.  Reservations will not be accepted without payment.  Little Falls Radio must approve any changes.-

-Subletting of booth space is not allowed.  Only the registered company can occupy the space.  All booths must be staffed during show hours.-

-Sound emitting equipment is permitted, but must be kept at a level that will not disturb neighboring exhibits.-

-Contests and drawings are permitted.  It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to notify the winners

-All materials in your booth must be removed at the end of the show.-

-Applications for space requests must be accompanied with payment of all charges.-

-No refunds will be made.-

-Exhibitors accept full responsibility and all liabilities for damages to persons and property arising out of the use and occupancy of the premises.-

-Neither Little Falls Radio nor HorseSense accept responsibility for losses of exhibitor property by theft, fire, and accident or by any act of God.-

-All exhibitors are expected to keep their area neat and clean and to operate their displays so as not to interfere with other exhibitors.-

-Normal electrical 120-volt connections are available at no charge.  Each exhibitor must supply extension cords to reach the electrical distribution plug-ins.  Any additional electrical need may be requested in advance.  A charge may apply for this request.-

-Exhibitors are permitted to use only the space for which they have paid.  Exhibitors may not move or remove side or back drapes without the approval of the Exibit Director.  Booths may not extend into aisles.-

-No booths may be dismantled until show closing.-

-Any exhibitor that violates these rules may be asked to leave the show.  No refunds will be made.-

-Payment in full made prior to June 30th, 2008 will receive a 10% discount.-

Set Up Hours

-Setup hours are on Friday, September 19th, 2008 from 9am to 6pm.  The show will open at 10am on Saturday, September 20th, 2008
